Overview
As Executive Director, you will lead the financial health of the Italian parent and affiliates while safeguarding governance, administration, and statutory compliance. You will drive planning, reporting, treasury, and audit, partnering with leaders to enable strategic growth. You translate financial insights into business decisions and elevate governance and operational efficiency. This role offers impact at a multinational scale with a strong emphasis on financial stewardship and risk management.

Responsabilità
- Strategic financial leadership for the Italian parent and affiliates, including planning and investor relations
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and KPI dashboards
- Oversee accounting operations per Italian GAAP and IFRS; manage external auditors
- Treasury, cash management, currency exposure, and capital structure planning
- Coordinate corporate governance, board and shareholder meetings, and regulatory compliance
- Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration
- Develop financial models and scenario planning for growth initiatives
- Manage governance, risk controls, and internal policies
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance and administration team
- Drive process improvements and technology-enabled efficiency
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive financial and business leadership experience
- Experience in senior management roles within multi-entity or international organizations
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, treasury, accounting, audit, and financial planning
- Experience with private equity, family-owned businesses, or holding company structures is preferred
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong stakeholder management and board-level presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize, maintaining confidentiality
