Overview
In this procurement role, you will execute transactional activities to ensure compliant, transparent purchasing and a high-quality supplier experience. You’ll support site-based procurement with a focus on operational efficiency and adherence to global policies, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. The position centers on tactical sourcing, supplier management, and system-supported purchasing in a regulated environment. You will contribute to continuous improvement across the value chain and support efficiency projects at local and global levels.
Responsabilità
- Execute transactional procurement activities with compliance and accuracy
- Manage tactical procurement tasks for assigned categories, including RFQs and negotiations
- Ensure requirements align with global policies
- Provide stakeholder and end-user services, training, and system testing
- Register production and ESO material prices in Sinity and integrate into SAP Info Records
- Support price and payment topics, including price inspections and vendor onboarding
- Maintain relationships with site and Global Procurement stakeholders
- Assist with SRM- related activities (supplier evaluation, risk analysis, audits) and third-party due diligence
- Support operational activities such as stock monitoring and reporting, and manage new BLP order confirmations tool
- Contribute to efficiency projects at local and global levels
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2+ years in a comparable procurement role
- Experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices with GMP knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP for order types, automation, master data, and info records
- Advanced Italian and English (C1/C2)
- University Degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, Engineering or related scientific discipline
- Track record in supplier qualification and supplier management
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical skills, and customer focus
