Overview
In this role you support customers and sales teams with technical sizing, system solutions, and specifications for water utility applications. You will help ensure accurate quotations, guide tenders and projects, and contribute to value-added services within a collaborative CSSC Back Office team. You’ll work to strengthen relationships and drive business growth by delivering reliable technical support. This position offers a growth-focused environment with opportunities to impact water solutions at scale.

Responsabilità
- Provide technical support on product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, and pricing
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare accurate quotations per Grundfos service standards
- Support sales teams on tenders and projects with sizing, specifications, calculations, delivery information, and operation & maintenance guidance
- Identify business opportunities and refer them to external sales teams
- Contribute to value-added services that improve customer experience and relationships
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical customer support, application engineering, or similar role (pumps, water systems, or industrial equipment)
- Knowledge of product sizing, hydraulic calculations, and system design
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
