Overview
As Quick Commerce Operations Specialist, you connect commercial goals with operational execution for the ITSEE region. You own regional performance, driving efficiency in picking, packing, and delivering while reducing cancellations and optimizing large orders. You implement region-wide initiatives, scaling best practices across markets and keeping a sharp focus on P&L impact and customer experience. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data insights into concrete improvements, shaping the growth of Glovo’s quick commerce. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to influence regional operations at a fast-growing, global company.
Responsabilità
- Coordinate regional Partner Ops initiatives in line with global strategies (e.g., picker accounts, Wait for Assembly)
- Enable local teams to hit targets for key metrics (Item Not Delivered, Cancellations, Waiting Time)
- Develop and implement models to improve order accuracy and speed
- Implement initiatives to reduce the cost of Big Orders in line with global programs
- Bridge Q-Commerce needs with the core Supply Operations team to optimize outcomes
- Design and own the QC analytical framework for the ITSEE region
- Unify reporting to ensure data consistency across ITSEE markets
- Identify operational bottlenecks via deep-dive data analysis and translate insights into action
- Scale best practices by sharing wins across cities/countries
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years in Operations, Logistics, or Project Management, preferably in Quick Commerce
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; able to build dashboards and tell the data story
- Execution-focused mindset with hands-on experience in store operations or courier behavior
- Process-oriented with ability to automate, scale, drive adoption, and measure new processes
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in English
