Diploma tecnico o Neolaureat* in materie Ingegneristiche (preferenza per Ing. Informatica/dell’Automazione, Meccanica o Elettronica).

Cosa farai

Il supporto richiesto sarà progressivamente crescente sia nell’autonomia di esecuzione delle attività, sia nella comprensione dei processi manutentivi e dell’organizzazione tecnica del reparto. La risorsa supporterà nelle seguenti attività:

• Raccolta e analisi delle informazioni tecniche relative agli impianti farmaceutici, con riferimento a manuali, schemi, documentazione esistente e feedback operativi/manutentivi
• Supporto alla stesura, revisione e aggiornamento dei piani di manutenzione preventiva e programmata degli impianti
• Identificazione della ricambistica critica e definizione delle informazioni necessarie per la corretta gestione a sistema
• Supporto alla codifica dei ricambi nei sistemi aziendali, assicurando completezza e coerenza dei dati tecnici e gestionali
• Valutazione delle necessità di messa a scorta dei ricambi, in funzione della criticità degli impianti, della frequenza di utilizzo e dei tempi di approvvigionamento
• Collaborazione con team di manutenzione, ingegneria, produzione e qualità per garantire l’allineamento dei piani manutentivi e della gestione ricambi agli standard aziendali e GMP

After the completion of your 6‑month internship, you will have acquired practical and theoretical skills in the field of maintenance of pharmaceutical plants and structured spare‑parts management. In particular, you will have:

• Compreso il ruolo dei piani di manutenzione nel garantire affidabilità, continuità operativa e conformità degli impianti farmaceutici
• Appreso le logiche di costruzione e aggiornamento dei piani di manutenzione preventiva e programmata
• Sviluppato competenze nella lettura e nell’utilizzo della documentazione tecnica di impianto a supporto delle attività manutentive
• Compreso i criteri per l’identificazione dei ricambi critici e per la valutazione della relativa messa a scorta
• Acquisito familiarità con i processi di codifica dei materiali e con la gestione delle informazioni tecniche nei sistemi aziendali
• Collaborato efficacemente con team multidisciplinari, migliorando le tue abilità di comunicazione, confronto tecnico e lavoro di squadra
• Sviluppato un approccio orientato alla qualità, alla sicurezza e alla continuità operativa in ambito farmaceutico

Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio nella gestione di dati tecnici, documentazione e informazioni anagrafiche dei materiali;

Buone capacità organizzative e metodo di lavoro strutturato, utili per seguire attività documentali e di aggiornamento dati;

Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e come parte di un team, dimostrando iniziativa, responsabilità e orientamento al risultato;

Buone capacità di comunicazione e relazione interpersonale per interfacciarsi con funzioni tecniche, operative e di supporto;

Curiosità tecnica, proattività e motivazione ad apprendere in un ambiente regolato, dinamico e orientato al miglioramento continuo.
