Overview

As the Kubix Link Solution Consultant, you lead and contribute to implementing Lectra’s Kubix Link for customers. You translate client needs into functional/technical designs and align design with development. You will collaborate with developers, support UAT, and train client teams, while managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders. This role places you at the intersection of technology and fashion-industry processes, driving successful digital transformation for customers. You will engage cross-functional teams and act as a trusted client liaison, delivering measurable project impact.

Responsabilità

  • Engage with clients to identify needs and derive high-level requirements
  • Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical designs
  • Facilitate alignment between design and development based on requirements
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
  • Support development team by clarifying requirements and resolving issues
  • Verify feasibility and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Train client project teams on solution deployment and early support (hypercare)
  • Manage project timelines and resources
  • Serve as primary client point of contact, managing expectations and building trust
  • Communicate with stakeholders and conduct project kick-offs with governance
  • Monitor progress and readiness for each phase; oversee timelines, budgets, scope, quality
  • Collaborate with other solution consultants and development teams to define scope and boundaries
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage Change Requests and project budget/financials
  • Produce status reports on project progress

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Master’s degree in relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise software implementation (PLM/PDM, ERP, CRM)
  • Experience in fashion industry is a plus
  • Exposure to PLM, PIM, DAM, and ERP in a SaaS context
  • Strong understanding of fashion processes (design, development, merchandising, supply chain, quality)
  • Ability to design solutions and model data; integrate with existing systems
  • Requirements management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven project planning and management capabilities
  • Fluency in Italian; professional English is a plus
