Data & AI Project Manager Internship

We are looking for a highly motivated

Project Manager intern to join the One Lake program, contributing to one of the most strategic data transformation initiatives within the organization.

One Lake is the central data integration platform designed to structure, validate and distribute portfolio data across systems, enabling consistent KPI generation and advanced reporting capabilities.

The candidate will support project management activities, working mainly on the Tabular data stream and contributing to the Reporting stream, gaining exposure to end-to-end data and reporting processes.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a large-scale data platform transformation program (One Lake), providing direct exposure to how data is structured, governed and leveraged across a complex organization.

The role will enable the candidate to develop a solid understanding of data pipelines, data governance frameworks and reporting ecosystems, while actively supporting project management activities.

Working in close collaboration with Business, IT and external partners, the intern will be involved in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment, gaining practical experience in coordinating initiatives and contributing to the successful delivery of data-driven transformation projects.

The candidate will be in charge of the following activities

• Support the coordination of activities related to data ingestion, validation and integration into One Lake.
• Assist in tracking data flows, data mapping and data quality issues.
• Contribute to the alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Help monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Support the preparation of documentation and project materials.
• Assist in the mapping and rationalization of reporting processes.
• Support the analysis of reporting requirements and related data needs.
• Contribute to ensuring alignment between reporting outputs and underlying data.
• Help prepare materials for reporting transformation initiatives and reviews
• Contribute to coordination across Business, IT and external partners
• Assist in tracking risks, issues and action items

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or final year student) in Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Real Estate or related fields.
• Strong interest in data, analytics and digital transformation.
