Overview
As Group AI Discovery & Agentic Design Lead you will shape how Generali is seen and recommended in AI-powered discovery and pre-sales journeys. You will bridge brand, marketing, data and AI to improve visibility, trust and effectiveness in the AI-mediated customer journey. You’ll define strategy for AI search visibility, reader-friendly LLM content, and brand presence across conversational interfaces. The role combines governance, experimentation and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsabilità
- Define and own the Group strategy for GEO, AI search visibility, LLM readability and brand presence across AI discovery environments (e.g., AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity)
- Create a measurable framework to track visibility, share of voice, accuracy, sentiment, citation quality and competitive positioning across LLMs and AI-powered search
- Design target conversational and agentic AI experiences for pre-sales journeys to help customers understand needs, compare options, and move toward the right product, channel or advisor
- Translate customer questions and life-event needs into content, data and experience requirements that improve discoverability and trust
- Partner with Group stakeholders and local markets to scale AI visibility diagnostics, content optimization, knowledge structuring, experimentation and governance
- Collaborate with Data & AI, IT, Legal, Compliance, Distribution, Customer Experience and Communication to ensure accurate, safe, compliant, brand-consistent and commercially relevant AI experiences
- Identify, evaluate and manage external partners, tools and platforms for GEO tracking, conversational AI, agentic workflows, content intelligence, experimentation and performance analytics
- Create executive reporting linking AI visibility and pre-sales improvements to brand consideration, lead quality, conversion and customer lifetime value
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in digital marketing, SEO, CX, AI product management, martech, growth or digital transformation, ideally in a complex international organization
- Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, AI search, LLM behavior, structured content, knowledge graphs, schema, content authority and digital discoverability
- Experience designing or managing conversational AI, chatbots, virtual assistants, agentic workflows, personalization, digital sales journeys or pre-sales advisory experiences
- Solid analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs, run experiments, interpret data and connect visibility metrics to business outcomes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, distribution, IT, data, legal, compliance and external vendors
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian or other European languages a plus
- Strategic thinker with execution discipline
- Curious, hands-on and experimental; able to test and translate new technologies into business value
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication; able to engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams
