Overview
In this role you join Group Shared Services Financial Controlling to develop controlling, reporting and stakeholder-management skills in a multi-entity, international environment.
You will help monitor costs, align financial impacts of shared services, and support forecasting and budgeting processes.
You’ll perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and contribute to more transparent, efficient workflows and reports.
This is a hands-on, early-career position that links finance operations to business performance and governance.
- Responsabilità
- Support controlling and monitoring of Cost Center and Group Shared-Services costs
- Assist GHO and other Group Shared Services finance teams to align financial impacts of shared services
- Coordinate forecasting and budgeting activities across entities
- Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Improve process workflows and reporting tools for transparency and efficiency
- Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance Controlling, preferably in Cost Controlling
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and Italian accounting / fiscal rules
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
- Familiarity with an ERP
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented, collaborative and proactive attitude
