You will influence strategic decisions, scale client impact, and collaborate across Gartner’s research-driven, AI-forward environment. Responsabilità
- Manage project delivery and oversight for client engagements
- Lead and develop project teams
- Advise clients on big-picture and tactical technology decisions
- Foster and manage senior client relationships
- Adapt Gartner frameworks to address client priorities
- Support multi-priority client work with hands-on involvement
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery role
- Understanding of at least one core domain (e.g., IT Strategy, Application Architecture, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud, IT Cost Optimisation)
- Experience working with one or more IT solutions
- Strong commitment to team success and constructive feedback
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop solutions and strategies
- Hands-on ability to manage multiple client priorities
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Experience with strategic consulting frameworks
