Galileo is a fast-growing renewable energy IPP, investor and operator , currently in the very dynamic start-up phase.Since our foundation in 2020, we have secured a pipeline of over16 GWofsolarPV,onshore wind,offshore windandstorageprojects across10 marketsin Europe.

We are looking for a Finance Administration Analyst to manage payment activities and support accounting and administrativeprocesses for all legal entities of the Galileo Group across Europe. The role will work closely with the company’sTreasury team to ensure that payments are accurate, properly authorized, andprocessed within the agreed deadlines . T his person will be based in Milan(with the possibility of hybrid remote working)and report to the Accounting Manager.

What you’ll do:
  • Prepare and manage payment proposalsfor suppliers and other company obligations;
  • Verify the completeness and accuracyof payment documentation;
  • Ensure that purchase orders,invoices and payments have followed the appropriate approval process;
  • Coordinate payment schedules anddeadlines with the Treasury team;
  • Reconcile payment transactions andinvestigate any discrepancies;
  • Manage relationships with internal andexternal stakeholders regarding payment status and administrative matters;
  • Associate purchase invoiceswith orders and verify their approval;
  • Support accounting activitiesrelated to accounts payable and bank transactions;
  • Assist with month-end and year-endclosing activities;
  • Contribute to the improvementand automation of payment and administrative processes.
RequirementsWhat you'll need:
  • At least 2 years of experiencein procurement, finance or accounting roles;
  • Diploma in Accounting and/orDegree in Accounting or Finance subjects;
  • Good knowledge of the EnglishLanguage (especially written);
  • Very good communicationskills;
  • Aptitude for problem solvingand ability to work in a team.
