Overview
In this role, you support the Purchasing Department in Bologna to source custom-designed components (HNB, Maker) and manage the end-to-end procurement process. You will evaluate suppliers, obtain quotes, negotiate terms, issue and track purchase orders, and ensure smooth collaboration with warehouse and quality teams. You help optimize supplier performance and alignment with company sourcing strategies. This position offers the chance to shape procurement for high-tech components within a global industrial context.

Responsabilità
- Analyze internal purchasing needs and manage requests
- Research and select suppliers
- Request and evaluate commercial offers
- Negotiate prices and purchasing conditions
- Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries
- Verify documentation and support the supplier accounting process
- Collaborate with warehouse and quality teams for material inspections
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance
Requisiti fondamentali
- Diploma or Degree (preferably in Mechanical, Automation or Automotive Engineering)
- Between 5 and 7 years of purchasing experience focusing on mechanical components
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills; results-oriented; teamwork capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
