The historic hotel showcases majestic Venetian architecture dating back to the 14th century. Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli.
About The Role
The F&B Reservation Agent for In Room Dining is the voice of Four Seasons hospitality, creating exceptional dining experiences for guests in the comfort and privacy of their rooms. As the first point of contact for In Room Dining requests, you will provide personalized service, guide guests through menu selections, coordinate orders with precision, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, care, and attention to detail that define the Four Seasons experience.
You will support the In Room Dining operation by managing orders, coordinating guest requests, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Front of House teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
What You Will Do

• Handle all In Room Dining calls in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide detailed knowledge of menus, beverage offerings, promotions, and special culinary experiences.
• Assist guests with menu selections and dietary requirements, making personalized recommendations when appropriate.
• Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system, ensuring all preferences, allergies, and special requests are clearly communicated.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary and In Room Dining teams to ensure efficient order preparation and delivery.
• Monitor order timing and proactively communicate updates or delays to guests when necessary.
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and dining experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and support revenue opportunities.
• Arrange special amenities, celebrations, VIP setups, and customized dining experiences.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a service recovery mindset.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and ensure all information is updated appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards in all verbal and written communications.
  

What You Bring

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage, In Room Dining, Restaurant Reservations, Guest Services, Call Center, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Strong guest engagement skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and hotel operating systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to confidently suggest and promote dining experiences.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an asset.
• Legal right to work in Italy.

Schedule & Location:

• Full-time position based at Hotel Danieli, Venice.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
