Showroom and A&D Specialist

The brand is seeking a motivated Showroom and A&D Specialist reporting to Commercial Director. He /She will be in charge of the supervision of the showroom and the development of contract business in the area of Milan.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Brand image to the highest standards;
• Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy;
• Assist with stock management and ordering;
• Maintain up to date CRM;
• Assist any walk-in Clients through consultation, scheming, sample picking;
• Create collaboration and tailor made events to increase the company’s brand awareness;
• Develop contract business through A&D Clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in showroom context or in a commercial functions within the design industry;
• Knowledge of the contract business would be considered a plus;
• Strong communication skills and business acumen;
• High-end customer service and luxury retail experience, preferably in design industry;
• Proficient in MS office;
• Fluent Italian and English.
