Overview
As a Shift Operative Leader you will guide line teams and manage production resources to ensure smooth shift execution, high safety standards, and continuous improvement. You will work under the Production Unit Manager to start up lines, address interruptions, and allocate resources while supporting merit planning. This role combines technical production know-how with people leadership in a hands-on, international manufacturing environment. You will help shape a safe, efficient, and continuously improving operation.
Responsabilità
- Coordinate the line team for day-to-day production operations
- Ensure availability and optimization of resources (materials, methods, workforce, machinery) during shifts
- Lead preparation and start-up of lines within the area
- Manage interruptions, slowdowns, or breakdowns with Maintenance
- Oversee resource allocation across production lines and workforce
- Support definition and management of the team's merit plan
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (food safety/hygiene and workplace safety)
- Support and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Engineering or related field
- initial experience in production, quality, or process-related activities in manufacturing
- solid understanding of production processes
- strong interpersonal and people management skills
- willingness to pursue international mobility opportunities
