Overview
In this role you will ensure full legal and Ferrero compliance, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement of Health & Safety across Italy. You will connect governance, data, systems and execution to deliver a standardized safety approach for production sites and business units. You’ll lead regional audits, define standards, and monitor corrective actions to strengthen safety culture and sustainable performance. This is a chance to shape H&S governance and reporting in a large, global confectionery company.

Responsabilità
- Monitor changes in Health & Safety regulations and propose actions to stakeholders
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audits/visits
- Develop internal H&S processes aligned with Group policies; define standards, templates and tools
- Plan and conduct regional H&S audits across sites; assess effectiveness of management systems
- Improve audit methodologies, prepare reports, communicate findings and track corrective actions
- Analyze recurring audit findings to identify regional improvements
- Develop and maintain Italian H&S management system and governance structures
- Provide performance updates, KPIs, dashboards and inputs for management reviews
- Support deployment of Group tools, systems and lean ways of working in H&S
- Prepare Group and Regional H&S initiatives for deployment across plants
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Safety & Prevention Techniques or similar
- ISO 45001 Auditor course
- experience in Health & Safety in complex industrial environments
