Overview
In this role, you will safeguard Health & Safety standards at the Alba plant across Maintenance and Office functions, serving as a reference for occupational safety and human-centered work design.
You translate legal and internal requirements into practical actions with internal teams and external contractors, driving compliance and continuous improvement.
You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and KPI monitoring while supporting emergency planning and safety training.
Your efforts build a real safety culture through collaboration, coaching, and proactive campaigns.
- Responsabilità
- Identify, assess and reduce Health & Safety risks for maintenance activities by internal staff and contractors
- Perform and update risk assessments with Maintenance and Offices Team, supporting audits and follow-up
- Contribute to incident investigations, root cause analysis and preventive/corrective actions; oversee H&S KPIs and use of internal tools
- Support emergency organization in line with the plant emergency plan; contribute to H&S initiatives and prepare work instructions
- Plan, coordinate and deliver H&S training; foster safety culture through shopfloor interactions and engagement initiatives
- Coach managers to own safety responsibilities and promote awareness through campaigns and presence
- Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Engineering or related field (Prevention Techniques in Health and Safety)
- Knowledge of applicable legislation and safety regulations
- ASPP or RSPP qualification
- Trainer or auditor certification as a plus
- Experience with machinery-related risks and in structured, complex manufacturing environments
- Proactive, communicative, versatile and able to engage multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Comfortable operating at both operational and people-management levels
