Overview
In this role you will drive Health & Safety standards within the Alba Production Unit, acting as the reference point for occupational safety and human-centered work design. You will translate legal and internal requirements into practical shopfloor actions and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. You will lead risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and KPI monitoring, while building a strong safety culture through training and engagement. This role offers the chance to shape safety processes in a large, global confectionery producer.
Responsabilità
- Identify, assess and mitigate Health & Safety risks on the shopfloor and for contractors
- Ensure adherence to legal and internal standards and procedures
- Conduct and update risk assessments with the Production Unit team, support audits and follow-up
- Contribute to incident investigations, root cause analysis and action definition
- Monitor H&S KPIs and ensure proper use of internal tools and action plan follow-up
- Support the implementation of the emergency organization aligned with plant plans
- Contribute to H&S initiatives and prepare work instructions according to internal standards
- Plan, coordinate and deliver H&S training, fostering a safety culture through shopfloor presence
- Coach managers to own safety responsibilities and sustain awareness campaigns
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Engineering or Prevention Techniques in Health and Safety
- ASPP or RSPP certification
- Experience with machinery-related risks
- Experience in a company environment preferred
- Proactive, curious, strong communicator with versatility
- Able to interact with production teams, H&S teams, maintenance and People & Organization
- Operational and people management capabilities
- Fluent in Italian and English
