Overview
As part of Ferrero’s Global Centre of Expertise in Alba, you drive the FOX lean and TPM program, focusing on Autonomous Maintenance to raise asset effectiveness. You act as a change agent, aligning central operations with industrial and quality teams while spreading best practices cross-functionally. You develop AM methodologies, KPI/KAIs, and training materials, coaching plants and audits to raise performance to a global benchmark. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape operational excellence at scale and collaborate with diverse teams.
Responsabilità
- Drive development and deployment of FOX methodologies (Lean/WCM/TPM) with emphasis on Autonomous Maintenance
- Coordinate cross-functional best-practices and workshops with Industrial & Supply Chain teams
- Create and standardize AM procedures and training materials; define AM KPIs/KAIs and targets
- Coach Area Industrial Performance Managers and plant referents using train-the-trainer approach
- Consolidate group-level progress on local initiatives, audits, and results to improve OAE
- Assess maturity of FOX program implementation and AM adoption via audit plans
- Support alignment among central Operation Performance teams and partner functions (H&S, Food Safety & Quality, Engineering, People & Organization)
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of proven experience in Lean Manufacturing / WCM / TPM implementations
- Master in Engineering or related technical field
- Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and train levels of the organization
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
- Ability to co-coordinate professional teams and work across global scale
- Proactive, analytical, problem-solving, and flexible with ~50% travel
