Overview
As IT Digital Assets & Kinder Surprises Applications Specialist, you support DAM, PDM, and Toys & Surprises development within the PLM domain. You will maintain and evolve DAM/Toys-related applications, aligning IT solutions with business needs in a multinational setting. The role collaborates across internal teams and external partners to drive an integrated IT platform and governance for the DAM and PLM/PDM landscape. You contribute to transformation initiatives while ensuring stable, compliant systems.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Base salary per CCNL level 1
- Annual variable component with up to 5% target

Responsabilità
- Design processes for PLM-Toys and Digital Assets domains and support product development processes
- Maintain and evolve DAM & Toys–related applications, assess new platforms
- Oversee full lifecycle of Digital Assets, Product Development, 2D/3D modeling and printing apps from implementation to decommission
- Ensure IT solutions meet business requirements and align with Ferrero IT strategy and quality guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to align with architecture guidelines and policies
- Support evolution of the DAM and PLM/PDM landscape and implement an integrated IT platform
- Provide third-level support and ensure timely issue resolution and stakeholder communication
- Collect and evaluate enhancement requests for continuous improvement
- Work with IT teams, suppliers and external resources on projects and run activities
- Support governance activities and alignment across the CoE on managed domains
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management or related field
- Experience in 2D/3D Digital Assets and Product Development domains; PLM/PDM solutions
- Background in PLM and PDM; SQL, JavaScript, XML or similar technologies
- Hands-on experience with Centric Software and OpenText Media Management is valued
- Analytical, structured problem-solving and collaborative mindset
- Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders; comfortable in international environment; English proficiency
