Ferrero is seeking a Category Activator for the Seasonal & Praline team, based in Alba, Italy. You will shape and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies, translating category insights into activation plans across channels and store formats.
You will lead one direct report and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Category and Shopper Marketing to optimize assortments, promotions and in-store visibility, while tracking ROI and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
