Position Overview:
The Sales Assistant supports Business Developers and the Sales Manager in managing commercial and administrative processes. Main responsibilities include preparing offer documents, uploading sales materials, and handling customer order receipt and processing to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offers Management
Prepare and format commercial offers and proposal documents.
Upload and maintain sales documentation in the designated digital platforms.
Receive, register, and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Support Business Developers and the Sales Manager with administrative and coordination tasks.
Ensure proper documentation flow between sales, and finance teams.
Track order status and assist in resolving any discrepancies or delays.
- Back-office tasks
Use the company’s tracking tools
Enter and maintain complete and accurate information about customers and contacts.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data accuracy standards for all sales records.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to manage sales documentation and customer records efficiently
Interpersonal & Behavioral Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical & Digital Skills
- Comfortable with sales tools, MS Office
- Ability to quickly learn new products and systems
Background & Experience
- Previous experience in sales assistant, inside sales, customer service roles is preferred
Education
- High School diploma
Language & Cultural Skills
- Italian; Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Ability to work in an international or multicultural environment
Compensation
RAL 20000-22000€ + €10 meal voucher per working day
