Overview
In this role you will lead the Thermaline Competence Center, shaping technical accommodations for global kitchen projects. You collaborate with R&D, production and sales to deliver feasible, optimal Thermaline solutions for hotels, caterers and marine applications. You will present solutions to customers, support product development, and help drive cross-functional execution. This position offers impact through technical leadership and close customer interaction within a sustainability-minded organization.

Responsabilità
- Prepare technical offers and drawings after feasibility checks with R&D and production
- Collaborate with sales companies and end customers to select optimal Thermaline solutions
- Facilitate product presentations and factory tours during customer visits
- Support Thermaline product manager and R&D in product development initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in professional kitchen design
- Technical knowledge and interest
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programmes
- In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit preferred
- Customer oriented with a multicultural mindset
