Your Growth Opportunities:
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams involved in vehicle development;
- Manage automotive and commercial vehicle projects from concept through industrialization, ensuring the successful development of exterior and trim products;
- Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation;
- Monitor project progress, risks, costs, quality, and timing, ensuring delivery according to customer and project requirements;
- Collaborate with Design, CAE, Testing, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and other engineering functions to ensure cross-functional integration;
- Act as the primary technical interface with OEM customers and suppliers;
- Coordinate technical activities related to product design, development, validation, and industrialization;
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance technical and leadership capabilities;
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards, customer requirements, and internal development processes;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle engineering;
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing technical projects;
- Solid experience in the development of Exteriors & Trim components and systems for automotive or commercial vehicles;
- Strong understanding of vehicle architecture, systems integration, and product development processes;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and engineering governance;
- Familiarity with CAD and PLM environments;
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken. German knowledge is considered an advantage.
Total compensation:
- Contract type: Permanent contract
- Gross annual salary (RAL): €37.000 – €45.000 (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
- Benefits: meal vouchers €6.50, corporate agreements/discounts
- Smart working: individual remote working agreements
- Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
