Overview
Join Eaton as a technical liaison supporting OEMs, distributors, and EMSs with power management applications. You will translate customer needs to R&D and commercial teams, drive product design improvements, and deliver training to partners. Responsabilità
- Provide application support to OEMs, distributors and EMSs, including system analysis, configuration, and design assistance
- Translate customer needs to Commercial and R&D teams to improve product design and increase NBO success rate
- Deliver training programs on products, technology, applications, and roadmaps to customers and distributors
- Gather customer feedback to Product Management to improve market acceptance and drive roadmap development
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to identify new opportunities and contribute to achieving NBO pipeline targets
- Prepare technical literature, application notes, sales tools, and training materials
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably electrical engineering – power)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong Power Management application knowledge across Automotive & Transportation, Industrial, and Energy segments
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Ability to work independently within a professional team
- Good presentation skills
