Overview
In this role you will support and improve Eaton's SIOP process across EMEA, translating market trends into aligned demand and supply assumptions. You’ll collaborate with country leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance forecast maturity and operational planning. You’ll act as a data-driven partner to translate growth plans into actionable planning inputs, shaping regional governance and long-term outlooks. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on supply chain performance and business outcomes.

Responsabilità
- Support the monthly SIOP process and cadence
- Collect, validate and analyze demand, supply, inventory and backlog data
- Prepare standard reports, dashboards and materials for SIOP reviews
- Ensure timely completion of SIOP actions and governance adherence
- Improve country forecast maturity and consistency of market assumptions across EMEA
- Bridge local market knowledge with regional SIOP governance to align planning inputs
- Support 12- to 24-month demand outlooks and scenario planning
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in a complex, international, or matrixed organization
