Overview
As a Product Engineer II at Docebo, you design and deploy scalable SaaS features within a cross-functional team. You contribute to an EdTech platform that leverages AI to personalize learning and reduce busywork, helping millions learn and grow. You’ll balance new concepts with production readiness in a hybrid, Cloud/NOC environment. Responsabilità
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions for the global SaaS platform
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA to translate concepts into features
- Maintain code quality through clean, well-documented code and peer reviews
- Refactor to reduce technical debt and improve performance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in live applications to ensure smooth user experience
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years of development experience
- Proficiency in PHP and any frontend tech (Angular, React, Vue)
- Experience with CI/CD and agile/Scrum practices
- Automation and testing framework experience
- Proactive problem solving and strong collaboration
- Willingness to work with PHP and learn other languages as needed
