Responsabilità
- Collect, process, and report customer orders with accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate records of order transactions and related customer interactions
- Analyze production order data to identify trends and constraints, proposing actions to resolve delays or availability issues
- Provide cross-functional support to manufacturing and logistics to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping
- Collect MFG performance data for KPI reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Order Changes, Volumes)
- Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to improve order processes
Requisiti fondamentali
- Two to three years of experience in fulfilling customer orders in an operational context
- SAP Sales Order reports and Order confirmation, including related Material Master data settings
- Ability to interact with colleagues at various professional levels
- Team player with proactive improvement mindset
- Problem-solving approach
- Fluent in Italian and English
- High School or University degree(s)
