Overview
In this role you will lead and coach global cyber security initiatives across IT and OT, ensuring secure operation of industrial systems. You will design and implement resilient security architectures and drive compliance with international standards in a manufacturing environment. You collaborate with business units to reduce risk, lead vulnerability management and incident response, and promote a security-aware culture. Responsabilità
- Support the execution of the Cyber Security Strategy and lead global projects with on-time delivery
- Design and implement robust security solutions (e.g., Zero-Trust, IAM)
- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies to strengthen global defenses
- Collaborate with OT teams to secure plant networks, industrial protocols, and production assets
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, including OT
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and sector standards for manufacturing security
- Define and update Cyber Security internal regulations, policies, and procedures
- Support incident management coordination for rapid response
- Oversee Security Operation Center activities
- Promote Cyber Security training and awareness to build a security culture
- Act as SME, guiding IT, OT, development and business teams on best practices
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 6 years in a dedicated Cyber Security role, preferably in multinational manufacturing or industrial settings
- Deep knowledge of cyber security protocols and practices (e.g., IAM, vulnerability management) and experience with IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR
- Familiarity with cloud security principles
- OT Security familiarity, standards like ISA/IEC 62443, and securing SCADA/DCS
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST
- Mandatory certifications: ISO/IEC 27001, CISM, GICSP
