Overview
As Staff Product Designer, Growth, you shape growth-focused product experiences for Deel’s global platform. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams, and advance the design system to meet growth metrics. You’ll rapid-prototype, run experiments, and use data to validate hypotheses, driving onboarding, engagement, and retention. This role offers strategic influence, mentorship, and the opportunity to impact millions of users across a hyper-global product.

Responsabilità
- Define and deliver design across multiple growth initiatives aligned with activation, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing to test and iterate growth hypotheses
- Partner with design system stakeholders to drive growth-focused design system strategy and motion usage
- Rapidly design, prototype, and test features using A/B testing and data insights
- Mentor Product Designers and elevate design practices and standards
- Identify bottlenecks with product and engineering to streamline user journeys
- Convert complexity into clear, strategic design solutions
- Foster alignment across teams through effective communication and narrative
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5–7 years as a Product Designer with at least 2 years in a Staff role
- Strong UI/UX and visual design skills with advanced prototyping (e.g., progressive disclosure)
- Growth mindset with experience in product metrics, analytics, and A/B testing; familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools
- Portfolio showing experimentation outcomes on onboarding, virality, pricing, or subscriptions
- Curiosity about AI and experience designing AI-powered experiences or using AI tools in design workflow
- Data-informed design grounded in qualitative and quantitative insights
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work at speed while maintaining quality
- Strong communication and facilitation skills; mentoring experience; cross-functional collaboration
- Embedded in end-to-end team workflows from ideation to design QA
