Overview
As a Staff Product Designer on Deel’s Design System team, you will own and scale Deel’s design system across web and mobile. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accessible, consistent experiences that accelerate delivery. You’ll craft robust, reusable components and tooling, mentor designers, and elevate system thinking across the organization. This role offers impact at scale within a fast-growing, global SaaS company focused on transforming how the world works.

Responsabilità
- Lead evolution, documentation, and adoption of Deel's design system across web and mobile
- Define architecture for reusable components and data-driven patterns; address design debt and metrics
- Drive engineering collaboration, tooling, and design token automation to streamline handoffs
- Mentor designers, promote system thinking, and align system strategy with product goals
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5-7 years of product design experience with at least 4 years in design systems at scale
- Strong portfolio showing system-level thinking and component design for complex products
- Deep understanding of accessibility, usability, and responsive design for web and mobile
