We are seeking a talented SIOP Manager EMEA, to join our Logistics team at Dayco in Burolo (TO).

Summary of the position: The SIOP Manager EMEA is a high-impact leadership role responsible for orchestrating the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process across the Aftermarket business.

A critical component of this role is leading the digital evolution of planning capabilities by leveraging Kinaxis Maestro.

The successful candidate will transition the organization from legacy, siloed planning to a high-velocity, concurrent planning environment that improves agility, service levels, and working capital.

  • Digital Transformation & Kinaxis Maestro Leadership
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Kinaxis Maestro, ensuring it is the single source of truth for planning activities.
  • Lead the shift from sequential planning to concurrent execution, ensuring demand changes reflect instantly across supply and capacity plans.
  • Use Maestro for advanced scenario modeling and AI-driven insights to improve demand sensing and automate exception management.
  • End-to-End SIOP Orchestration
  • Lead the monthly SIOP cycle including Portfolio Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive Financial Reconciliation.
  • Align demand inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Finance with statistical forecasts to reach consensus.
  • Manage production/assembly planning and material planning, partnering with Operations/Warehouse Management to identify capacity constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Demand Planning
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasting to anticipate customer needs.
  • Analyze variances between forecast and actual demand and adjust plans to sustain customer satisfaction.
  • Review D2D updates from actual customer orders and, if necessary, compare monthly/yearly plan and provide escalation strategies partnering with Customer Service and Sales.
  • Supply Planning
  • Create rolling 12-month forecasts for suppliers aligned with production capacity.
  • Manage supplier relationships, material master data, and ensure/support timely execution of purchase orders.
  • Assess freight options and maintain stable delivery schedules to distribution centers.
  • Inventory Optimization
  • Implement ABC/XYZ analysis and multi-echelon inventory optimization to achieve budget targets.
  • Monitor excess and obsolete inventory and collaborate on action plans.
  • Strictly control DOH development for product groups.
  • Performance Management & Analytics
  • Establish and report KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Inventory DOH, and E&O.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and service level enhancements through data-driven analysis.
  • Team Leadership & Change Management
  • Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and manage team performance.
  • Drive cultural shift from manual workflows to system-driven planning.
  • Requirement & Skills
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in demand and supply planning within the Automotive industry (Aftermarket experience is a plus)
  • S&OP and global supply chain experience considered a strong asset
  • Fluency in English
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • ERP system experience (SAP / Oracle / CMS)
  • MM/PP Key User knowledge
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, and S&OP processes
  • Knowledge and experience using APICS global standards
