As our Hair Care Global Events Manager, you will support the Head of Events & Hospitality in inspiring our clients by offering unique, long-term sustainable and unforgettable experiences, aimed at nurturing a sense of belonging and strengthening Davines brand positioning.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead the planning and execution of global Hairstylists Education training events, ensuring alignment with business and education objectives
- Oversee Hospitality events at Davines Headquarters, delivering memorable and consistent brands experiences
- Manage international and regional events from concept development to post-event evaluation
- Lead the organization of Corporate events, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
- Manage local shows, trade exhibitions and B2C events, ensuring high-quality execution and brand consistency
- Define event project plans, timelines, priorities and resource allocation
- Monitor and optimize event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
- Negotiate with agencies, suppliers and venues, building long-term partnerships
- Track event KPIs and prepare post-event analyses and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Fluent in English is mandatory and another language would be a plus
- At least 5-7 years of previous experience in Event Management, Organization and Planning role in structured environments
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, Economics, Events Management or related subjects
- Passionate about the Beauty/Professional Hair Care Industry
- Time management and scheduling competencies
- Budget management and negotiation skills

The indicated salary range (€47000 - €51000) represents the expected hiring range for this position, with consideration to the criteria indicated and requested. Actual compensation may vary depending on the experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
