Overview
In this role you drive alignment of project deliverables with business goals through effective processes and cross‑functional collaboration. You own program delivery from concept to production, safeguarding scope, budget, and schedule while engaging stakeholders. You lead a cross‑functional program core team and manage risks to ensure timely value realization. You contribute to a large, global organization known for growth and innovation by shaping programs that scale with AI and software initiatives.

Responsabilità
- Oversee scope, plans, schedules and budgets to meet objectives within time frame and cost parameters
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure on‑time delivery
- Manage program from concept initiation to production delivery and interface with internal/external stakeholders
- Lead a Program Core team representing multiple functions
- Organize interdepartmental activities and foster cross‑functional collaboration
- Proactively assess risks and implement risk management strategies throughout the lifecycle
Requisiti fondamentali
- More than 5 years of experience managing complex software development projects
- Experience in AI project development is a plus
- Proven ability to lead hybrid projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project and Jira)
- Ability to lead Agile ceremonies (backlog, prioritization, grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex information for stakeholders
- PMP and/or Agile certification highly desired
- Solid understanding of Stage and Gate process
- Excellent verbal and written communications with all managerial levels
- Ability to identify and escalate engagement risks promptly
