Overview
As Solutions Architect for the Lakebase product line, you collaborate with GTM and account teams to drive adoption and shape the product roadmap. You will translate client needs into technically credible strategies and craft workshops, demos, and collateral to enable clients at scale. You act as a trusted advisor, handling complex technical challenges and guiding customers toward meaningful, data-driven outcomes. This role combines deep OLTP expertise with data, AI, and Lakehouse contexts to accelerate product-market fit and revenue growth.
Responsabilità
- Co-plan and execute territory engagement strategies with GTM and Account Executives
- Act as tier-3 escalation point to resolve complex technical challenges
- Develop customer-facing collateral, workshops, and demos to educate and persuade
- Influence product roadmap through field-derived, data-driven insights
- Collaborate with GSIs and third-party consultants to drive customer outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the Lakebase product line
Requisiti fondamentali
- 6+ years in customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting roles
- Proven track record of guiding large territorial engagements with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Global System Integrators and third-party consultancies
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for solution design and validation
- Hands-on experience with major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Broad expertise across data engineering, data warehousing, AI/ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, and streaming
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field (or higher)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic thinking and business-oriented problem solving
- Clear communication and credibility with senior stakeholders
