We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Mediterranean Europe team, based in Milan, and lead customer projects across the region.
The role is responsible for the successful delivery of projects throughout their lifecycle, maximizing customer satisfaction and business value.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer projects from planning through closure, managing scope, timeline, budget, resources and deliverables
- Coordinate and guide project teams, Partners and Subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Build strong relationships with customers, including C-level stakeholders, and manage escalations and change requests
- Support presales activities, including project planning, budget definition, staffing, risk assessment and Statement of Work definition
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective governance and timely resolution of issues
- Ensure compliance with Value Engagement standards and maximize the reuse of Best Practices
- Monitor and report project performance, KPIs and financials using 3DS project management tools
- Identify new business opportunities and capture project lessons learned
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in Project Management within Services & Consulting or IT within software environment
- Proven experience in customer-facing project delivery, resource planning and budget management
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills, including the ability to interact with C-level stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs and advise on appropriate solutions
- PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English

Salary Pay Transparency
For this position, we offer an initial gross annual compensation ranging from 51000€ to 58000€ , to be determined based on objective criteria such as experience and required skills as well as the scope of the position. This range includes the base salary (fixed), and if applicable, a variable pay component (target bonus), in line with our commitment to clear and transparent compensation practices.
