Overview
In this role you will implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems to improve workflow efficiency. You will work with laboratory staff and cross-functional teams to deploy solutions, train users, and ensure reliable system performance. You’ll help align technical workstreams with customer needs while upholding regulatory standards. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position that drives adoption of automation and continuous improvement. You will join a global leader with a strong focus on impact and collaboration.

Responsabilità
- Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance
- Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption
- Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation-driven efficiency
- Serve as a technical expert on automation solutions for customers and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and high-quality standards
- Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure project success
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic environments
- Strong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and workflows
- Proficiency with relevant IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills for effective training and support
- Fluency in Italian and English, plus one EU language (Spanish, French, or German)
- Willingness to travel 50–70% across Italy or Europe
- Flexible to adapt hours based on business needs
