Field Application Specialist (f/m/d)

Overview

As a Field Applications Specialist, you install and maintain Beckman Coulter diagnostic instruments in hospital and lab settings across Italy and Europe, delivering expert technical support and customer training. You operate within the European Implementation Team, driving customer satisfaction, contract retention, and service quality. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to resolve issues, verify system performance, and support growth through new product introductions. This role offers a clear development path, flexible work arrangements, and a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsabilità

• Install and maintain diagnostic instrumentation and systems
• Provide frontline customer support and training
• Resolve technical and application issues via troubleshooting
• Maintain timely customer support logs and records
• Support revenue growth and contract retention through service excellence
• Coordinate successful installations with cross-functional teams
• Develop knowledge of products and industry to support customers
• Travel within Italy and Europe to service customers, including overnight stays

Requisiti fondamentali

• University Scientific degree + minimum 1 year of experience in chemical chemistry and immunoassays
• Fluent in Italian and English; third European language is a strong plus
• Ability to interact with customers on a detailed scientific basis
• Willingness to travel across Italy and Europe (up to 90%) with overnight stays
• Ability to work flexible hours per business needs
• Hold a valid driver’s license and good driving record
