Overview
In this role you drive the management of design and construction activities for projects in our Milan office. You collaborate with designers, engineers and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery. You lead design coordination and maintain clear communication to support successful project outcomes, including cost control and procurement. You will engage with site teams and contractors to supervise progress and snagging, contributing to Currie & Brown's international, client-focused projects.
Responsabilità
- Support the management of design and construction phases of projects
- Collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and building management and safety consultants
- Lead design coordination in relation to design guidelines and constraints
- Maintain effective communication to ensure all project information is available for successful delivery; liaise with other managers to ensure efficient control
- Support cost management activities
- Deliver all project outputs accurately and on time
- Conduct meetings with contractors, site teams, and clients
- Manage procurement activities
- Carry out snagging activities
- Manage and coordinate site activities
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent (preferred qualification)
- 3–5 years of experience in managing projects of medium complexity and value
- Excellent technical writing skills, client-facing abilities, and communication skills
- Strong team-working attitude, reliability, and operational flexibility
- Excellent written and spoken English, in addition to full fluency in Italian
