Overview
In this role you bridge RAN technology with business strategy to shape offers and drive profitable growth across EMEA. You serve as a trusted advisor to the sales teams, accelerate deal cycles, and refine value narratives that link technology to ROI. You will connect RAN with Core, Cloud, Transport, and Services to strengthen the end-to-end value story and influence customer decision-makers. This position combines technical depth with commercial execution in a high‑impact market.
Responsabilità
- Lead RAN techno-commercial strategy and tactics for EMEA engagements, including benchmarking and new commercial model introductions
- Translate RAN advancements into ROI/TCO value narratives with appropriate commercial structures and risk mitigation
- Drive value creation through Strategy-to-Win and country strategies preceding RFQs
- Facilitate data-driven, value-based pricing with benchmarks, guardrails, and margin-focused incentives
- Optimize offer scope with domain teams to maximize customer ROI and probability of success
- Shape negotiation strategy with Commercial Management and Technical Presales; support direct customer negotiations
- Industrialize reusable assets and share best practices (value arguments, commercial models, T&Cs)
- Drive pricing excellence to calibrate prices across markets and influence targets
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in commercial, solution or techno-commercial roles within the RAN domain
- Hands-on structuring and negotiation of complex telecom/ICT deals
- Strong RAN technology knowledge (2G–5G, Massive MIMO, SW licensing, Cloud RAN, Open RAN) with exposure to Core, Cloud, Transport and OSS/BSS
- Mastery of commercial modeling, TCO/ROI analysis and value-based pricing
- Excellent stakeholder management; credible with Domain/Commercial Management and CTO/CPO/CFO level; fluent in English (local EMENA languages a plus)
- Challenger mindset; fact-based problem solver under pressure with complex stakeholders
- Financial fluency and negotiation expertise including contract levers
- Experience in EMEA telecom markets preferred
