Coralsun, based in Milan, seeks an M&A Associate – Southern Europe to lead acquisitions of renewable-energy projects and portfolios, from screening to due diligence, negotiation and closing. The role requires close collaboration with Sky Distributed Energy teams and local platforms in Italy and Portugal.
You will own financial models, coordinate multi-team due diligence, and help structure deals while supporting market origination in Southern Europe.
