About the Role
In this versatile engineering role, you will work on innovative software solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence technologies.
You will contribute to the design, development and testing of AI-enabled applications, helping transform innovative concepts into scalable and reliable digital products. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will gain hands-on exposure to modern software architectures, cloud technologies and emerging AI solutions.

The Coesia Graduates Program is aimed at graduates and early-career professionals who want to start their careers in an international technology environment. During the structured 2-year program, you will gain insights into different business areas and develop both professionally and personally.
After successful completion of the program, there is the opportunity for long-term employment at Coesia. The program targets graduates and early-career professionals with up to 18 months of relevant professional experience.

Main responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of software applications and services
- Support the integration of AI technologies and large language models into software products
- Develop and maintain APIs and backend services
- Participate in the development of AI-powered applications and workflows
- Support testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the implementation of innovative digital solutions
- Contribute to software quality, maintainability and best development practices
What You Need to Be Successful
Key Skills
- Master’s Degree (or final year student) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- Good knowledge of Python, TypeScript, Node.js and modern web technologies
- Understanding of software development principles and object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with APIs and microservice architectures
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and modern software architectures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Continuous learning mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic projects involving AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI
- Exposure to LLMs, AI assistants or agent-based applications
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Understanding of RAG, vector databases or AI application frameworks is considered a plus

Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 33000, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate’s qualifications and fit for the role.
A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
