Overview
In this role you will design and operate cloud architectures to enable AI-powered industrial solutions. You will align with Coesia's cloud strategy, building scalable, secure, and observable environments for AI workloads and production deployments. You will work across development, operations, and business teams to accelerate delivery and optimize costs, while ensuring security and compliance. This is a chance to shape the digital services roadmap and contribute to AI-driven transformation at a global manufacturing innovator.
Responsabilità
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for AI solutions (networking, compute, storage, identity)
- Build scalable, secure, observable environments for AI development, training, and deployment
- Define and automate cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for consistent deployments
- Manage cloud resources for AI workloads (GPUs, training/inference services, vector stores)
- Ensure security, compliance, and data protection per enterprise standards
- Drive a program for optimization and cost control with observability and high availability
- Collaborate cross-functionally between development, operations, and business teams
- Coordinate with Digital Product Managers to implement the digital roadmap and lead the Digital Services team
- Define and roll out cloud service plans with product managers and project owners
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bold experience in AWS & Azure Architecture (GCP is a plus)
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Kubernetes / Containers
- DevOps & CI/CD
- Security & IAM, Cloud Networking, Observability & Monitoring
- Python automation, FinOps / Cost Optimization, AI/ML Platform & MLOps
- Broad understanding of digital services architectures
- Knowledge of Agile project management, Scrum familiarity
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- 2+ years managing cloud architecture projects
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
