Overview
In this role you will provide legal support across Staff functions and Global Research & Development to enable strategic projects while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies. You will act as a business partner, guiding cross-functional initiatives and third‑party collaborations in line with Chiesi’s values and sustainability framework. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing R&D and vendor agreements, as well as advising on regulatory and quality matters affecting development activities. This position offers exposure to global projects at a leading biopharma group and opportunities to shape governance and risk management. You will work closely with diverse teams,

Responsabilità
- Legal support to Staff Functions (Finance, Global Procurement, HR, Global Communications & Public Affairs)
- Drafting, negotiating, and managing R&D and clinical/non-clinical study agreements
- Legal advice on regulatory, quality, governance, and risk issues in R&D
- Support for sustainability collaborations and multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Legal support for Paolo Chiesi Foundation projects
- Provide legal assessment and risk evaluation for cross-functional projects
- Engagement with clinical sites, investigators, and research partners
- Stand-alone research initiatives and industry collaborations with pharma/academia
- Line manager oversight in all activities
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s Degree in Law
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical company or leading international law firm
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and risk assessment
