Responsabilità
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of premises and equipment
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and installations
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures
- Plan and schedule planned and unplanned maintenance activities
- Monitor inventory and manage procurement needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage contractors and oversee workmanship quality
- Diagnose faults and analyze equipment breakdowns
- Advise on upgrades or replacements based on condition
- Document maintenance work for records and future reference
- Manage maintenance budgets and cost control
- Train maintenance staff and coordinate work schedules
- Conduct root cause analysis of major failures and implement corrective actions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of professional experience in pharma manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/Science
- experience in roles within the pharmaceutical industry (manufacturing)
- technical proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Leadership and social influence
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Planning and organizational skills
- Advanced certifications in maintenance (preferred)
- Experience with CMMS
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
