Responsabilità

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of premises and equipment
  • Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and installations
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures
  • Plan and schedule planned and unplanned maintenance activities
  • Monitor inventory and manage procurement needs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage contractors and oversee workmanship quality
  • Diagnose faults and analyze equipment breakdowns
  • Advise on upgrades or replacements based on condition
  • Document maintenance work for records and future reference
  • Manage maintenance budgets and cost control
  • Train maintenance staff and coordinate work schedules
  • Conduct root cause analysis of major failures and implement corrective actions

Requisiti fondamentali

  • 5+ years of professional experience in pharma manufacturing environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/Science
  • experience in roles within the pharmaceutical industry (manufacturing)
  • technical proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Leadership and social influence
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Advanced certifications in maintenance (preferred)
  • Experience with CMMS
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
