Overview

In this role, you will support the Global Workplace and Real Estate strategy across Headquarters and affiliates, ensuring consistent standards and evolving employee-facing services. You will serve as the main contact for affiliates on workplace organization, office layouts, and experience initiatives, guiding workplace transformation, relocations, and change management. You’ll drive data-driven decisions through portfolio evaluations and KPI monitoring, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across locations. Responsabilità

  • Develop, maintain, and deploy Global Workplace Guidelines
  • Coordinate information collection for long-term planning and portfolio opportunities
  • Promote adoption of standards across affiliates and provide advisory support
  • Lead workplace governance, KPIs, and reporting alongside cross-functional teams
  • Support initiatives to improve employee workplace experience and collect feedback
  • Coordinate surveys, analyze feedback, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and management reporting on workplace metrics
  • Manage centralized knowledge base for workplace, office, and project data
  • Collaborate with HR, Facility Management, Procurement, Sustainability, Engineering and local offices
  • Support real estate evaluations, office scouting, and project delivery across affiliates
  • Coordinate with external real estate advisors and stakeholders during search and acquisition processes
  • Ensure alignment with green building principles, wellbeing, and inclusive design

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Master's degree in relevant disciplines (stated)
  • 3-6 years of experience in Workplace/Facility Management, Corporate Services, Real Estate or Consulting
  • Knowledge of corporate real estate principles (portfolio mgmt, site selection, lease evaluation)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating initiatives across functions and locations
  • Understanding of project management for fit-out, refurbishment, relocation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
