Overview

In this role you will coordinate the operational management of assigned clinical trials to ensure timely, on-budget delivery compliant with ICH GCP and Chiesi SOPs. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders and manage study budgets and invoicing, contributing to global programs. You will provide operations input during study design, act as a primary contact for customers, and support documentation, budgeting, and quality systems initiatives. This position offers cross-functional collaboration across a global team and opportunities to shape rare-disease trials.

Responsabilità

  • Coordinate operational management of assigned clinical trials per ICH GCP and SOPs
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders during study progression
  • Manage budgets and invoices for study payments
  • Proactively manage study timelines, budgets, and resources with core team
  • Make operational decisions to initiate and complete global trials on time and in scope
  • Provide clinical operations input during study design and planning
  • Serve as primary contact for internal/external customers
  • Prepare and archive study-specific documents
  • Coordinate input from internal departments to ensure SOP compliance
  • Support budget computation and control for studies/programs
  • Support Global GRD QMS for SOPs and related projects

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
  • Five+ years clinical research experience
  • 3+ years global clinical project management experience
  • Knowledge of ICH/GCP principles and study design
  • Strategic thinking
