Overview
As a Junior Business Controller, you will link financial performance with day-to-day logistics operations. You’ll work with Finance and Operations to monitor performance, analyse data, and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This apprenticeship builds a solid foundation in management control within international logistics. You will collaborate cross-functionally to translate numbers into actionable insights and support continuous improvement. This role offers hands-on learning in a global, performance-driven environment.

Responsabilità
- Analyze financial and operational performance across Contract Logistics activities
- Monitor revenues, costs, margins, and key performance indicators
- Contribute to monthly management reporting and variance analysis
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of performance analyses
- Track KPIs and identify trends and variances
- Analyze main cost drivers: volumes, productivity, labour, warehousing
- Support profitability analyses by customer, contract, or site
- Ensure consistency between operational information and financial data
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Basic understanding of management control, financial analysis, accounting or corporate finance
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with numbers
- Interest in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, and operations
- Knowledge of Power BI, ERP systems or similar data analysis tools (advantage)
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
