What you will do
As Senior SCADA Engineer / Project Manager at CESI S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead different phases of SCADA/EMS/DMS/SAS projects for CESI clients, starting with an initial assessment and gap analysis of the existing infrastructures, applications, and platforms operated at TSOs and DSOs premises, and proceeding through conceptual design and detailed functional specification.
- Support tendering processes and overall owner’s engineering activities, including detailed design reviews and participation in FAT and SAT.
- Organize and oversee data acquisition on site and surveillance of installation, management, and operation of all related equipment, and coordinate, execute, monitor, and evaluate testing, pre‑commissioning, and commissioning activities of new SCADA/EMS/DMS/SAS systems, with possible support for trial operations.
- Leverage CESI’s experience in consultancy services on SCADA infrastructures, EMS/DMS applications, and SAS automation solutions for electrical networks, contributing to the development of architectures, functional requirements, supervision, control, and automation systems.
- Participate in design reviews, tendering support, owner’s engineering, FAT and SAT for all involved equipment, up to trial operation of new or refurbished SCADA/EMS/DMS/SAS infrastructures, applications, and platforms.

- Years of Experience: at least 5‑10 years in relevant roles.
