About us

Capsule Corporation is developing Water Cube and Water Cube+, modular water-based propulsion systems for Cube Sats and Small Sats.

Backed by ESA BIC, CDP Venture Capital and Takeoff Accelerator, we are preparing our first in-orbit demonstration in 2026 while expanding our product line and service offering in the New Space domain.

We are growing fast, and we are looking for a motivated Founders Assistant Intern to support the daily operations of the company and work closely with the founders on strategic and operational tasks.

This is an opportunity to experience firsthand the reality of a Space Tech startup, understand how decisions are made, and contribute across multiple domains.

Our team is after individuals with first-principles understanding of aerospace systems and deep motivation to disrupt the space industry.

This role, however, does not necessarily require you to have previous experience in the aerospace industry: if you want to contribute to scalable, sustainable space transportation, we want to hear from you!

What you will do

• Support the founders in day-to-day operations, including accounting, planning, coordination, HR and communications.
• Assist in financial monitoring, including budgeting, cost tracking, and accounting.
• Help prepare presentations, reports and documentation for investors, partners, and institutional stakeholders.
• Contribute to project management activities: timelines, resource planning, milestones tracking.
• Support business development activities, including CRM management and preparation of outreach material.
• Assist in funding activities, including preparation of grant documents and reporting packages.
• Support founders during events, conferences and meetings, including logistics and follow-up actions.
• This role may require occasional travel and offers significant exposure to every aspect of running a high-tech startup.
• Mandatory Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar fields.

Students whose academic background is not fully in line with those sought, but are willing to learn, are also welcome.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) or equivalent tools.
• Good knowledge of Canva for presentations and graphical use.
• Solid analytical mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• It would be great if you also had some of the following skills
• Familiarity with accounting or financial analysis.
• Experience in project management or operations roles.
• Knowledge of CRM practices.
• Interest in space, technology, and/or early-stage startups.
